Hysteresis in magnetic systems

Abstract
A simple mean-field approach to the problem of hysteresis in magnetic systems is presented here. This model is instructive and has also been applied to understand ac susceptibility and Curie–Weiss law, and has been checked against the Steinmetz rule.
