Abstract
目的 探讨中药猫眼草对C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡的影响.方法 将Lewis肺癌C57BL/6小鼠分为模型组、猫眼草7.5、15.0、30.0、60.0 g/kg组和顺铂组,应用流式细胞仪和TUNEL法检测猫眼草对Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡的影响.结果 猫眼草30.0、60.0 g/kg组瘤质量与模型组相比有显著性差异(F=7.90,q=4.16、6.21,P＜0.05);猫眼草后3组及顺铂组凋亡率与模型组相比有显著性差异;猫眼草60.0 g/kg组及顺铂组凋亡指数(AI)与模型组相比有显著性差异(t=2.63、1.93,P＜0.05).结论 中药猫眼草能诱导肺癌细胞凋亡,且该作用随剂量的增加而增强.
