Abstract
1例64岁女性患者因腰椎管狭窄行全麻下手术治疗。术前给予阿托品0.5mg、地塞米松10mg入莫菲滴管静脉滴注。20s后患者出现心慌、呼吸困难、胸骨后压榨样疼痛;HR181次/min,BP275/115mmHg。依次给予艾司洛尔、乌拉地尔及盐酸利多可因静脉推注后,患者生命体征平稳,手术顺利完成。
