Abstract
真菌毒素污染日益受到关注,其中受污染的包括食品、谷物、饲料等.真菌毒素是丝状真菌产生的次级代谢产物,如黄曲霉毒素、单端孢霉烯族毒素、伏马菌素、棒曲霉素等.人或动物摄取后,会对身体造成严重的损害.对近年来应用在真菌种类检测和鉴定方面的常规PCR、多重PCR( Multiplex PCR)技术、PCR-DGGE技术、实时定量PCR(Real-time Quantitative PCR,RQ-PCR)技术、DNA微阵列(DNA microarray)技术、分子标记技术等分子生物学新技术和新方法进行了综述.
