Abstract
研究了生物柴油-乙醇-水三元稳定体系中的最大含水量,分析了生物柴油-乙醇-水三元体系的相行为,得到了稳定的单相区和两相区.考察了不同乳化剂、乳化剂质量分数以及乙醇的含量对体系含水量的影响,结果表明:在乳化剂中m(油酸)∶m(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)=3；7,乳化剂用量为油重的15％,乙醇用量为油重的40％时,体系含水量可达8.82％.
