Abstract
通过建立结晶器二维非稳态传热模型,在考虑气隙及角部圆弧对铸坯凝固过程影响的基础上,研究结晶器冷却强度对铸坯初始凝固均匀性影响的规律。结果表明,在结晶器内初始凝固区域,铸坯近角部的坯壳厚度小于角部和表面中心处的坯壳厚度;结晶器冷却强度降低,坯壳厚度变薄,但周向均匀性得到改善。
