Methods For Determining Light Path In Photometry Of Turbid Solutions Or Tissues By Transmitted Or Reflected Light

Reflexion spectra of living organs are not linearly transformed as compared to multiplicatively mixed spectra of transparent solutions having both uniform concentration and composition of the components. From this non-linear transformation inhomogeneous light paths can be assumed. The present paper described two methods which permit to calculate the probability function for the path covered in the probe.
