Abstract
对经选育的樟树进行组织培养试验,结果表明:以樟树带侧芽的嫩枝为外植体进行离体培养,适宜樟树增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA 4.0mg·L-1+IBA 0.2mg·L-1；适宜生根的培养基为MS+IBA 1mg·L-1+NAA 0.2mg·L-1.生根苗移栽成活率达87％以上.
