Analysis of Relationship between Camber and Wedge of Plate

Based on plate rolling process,the relationship between camber and cross wedge was researched. Through defining the thickness difference to average thickness,the condition without camber was the thickness difference to average thickness was equal before and after rolling.And then camber value and radius of curvature models were deduced for evenly thickness distribution.The relationship between camber direction and thickness difference to average thickness was deduced for cross wedge distribution.The actual measure data showed that the deviation of camber value model was less than 12%.Meanwhile,the phenomenon of thin thickness at edge corresponding small elongation was explained.
