Abstract
组织蛋白酶(Cathepsin)在蛋白降解中起重要作用.组织蛋白酶S(Cathepsin S,Cat S)属半胱氨酸蛋白水解酶,作为一个单链酶,没有糖基化位点.依据细胞类型和细胞微环境,Cat S可在多处分布并发挥功能.除消化系肿瘤外,还参与星形细胞瘤、成胶质细胞瘤、前列腺癌、肺癌等肿瘤的发生.Cat S能够降解细胞外基质分子,参与肿瘤血管生成和血管内外肿瘤细胞的转移.本文就对Cat S的表达与消化系肿瘤的关系作一综述.
