摘要
Objective: To explore the prevalence of fatty liver in adult brainworkers and the correlation of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia, blood glucose,BMI and abdominal obesity. Methods:A cluster sampling was conducted in Beijing ShiJitan Hospital in August 2010.Height,weight,waist circumference(WC),hip circumference, liver ultrasound B scans, serum lipids and ALT and fasting glucose were detected in 1244 adult brainworkers. Results: The prevalence of fatty liver was 32.1%.The rate of fatty liver in obese group, overweight group and normal weight group were 86.3%,51.7% and 17.3%,respectively in men,and the rate of fatty liver in women of the three group were 56.5%,44.2% and 4.0% showing significant difference among groups(P0.05).The level of WC,WHR,SBP,DBP,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),blood glucose and ALT in patients with fatty liver were significantly higher than those in non-fatty liver group(P 0.05).The detection rate of fatty liver in mixed hyperlipidemia group was higher than that in single hypertriglyceridemia group, and single hypercholesterolemia group. The prevalence of fatty liver in abdominal obesity group was significantly higher than non-abdominal obesity(P0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of fatty liver is positively correlated with BMI,serum lipids, abdominal obesity.Triglyceride level is key factor for prevalence of fatty liver. The risk of fatty liver in abdominal obesity is significantly higher than non-abdominal obesity.
