流产布鲁氏菌疫苗A19-ΔVirB12变株生物学特性研究

Abstract
目的 为了开发布鲁氏菌病新型标记疫苗,对流产布鲁氏菌A19-ΔVirB12突变株生物学特性研究.方法 以亲本A19菌株为参照,对A19-ΔVirB12突变株的菌落形态、生物学特性、毒力、遗传稳定性、免疫原性进行实验比较.结果 A19-ΔVirB12突变株形态及生化特性同亲本株A19基本一致,其毒力弱于A19.A19-ΔVirB12突变株遗传稳定性良好且与A19具有相似的免疫原性.结论 流产布鲁氏菌A19-ΔVirB12 株毒力较低、遗传性状稳定、并具有良好的免疫保护效力,可作为新型动物布鲁氏菌病标记疫苗研制的候选株.
