Reconstruction of Cherenkov rings in imaging detectors

摘要

A simulation and reconstruction method is presented which enables particle identification in a multihit environment with a RICH detector even in the case where the particle hit point on the detector is not precisely determined. The method is demonstrated for the configuration of the NA35 experiment.
