高水分粮低温保水储粮的实验

Abstract
目前入库后高水分粮食除组织人力、物力晾晒外,通常采用气调储藏、化学保藏等方法,使高水分粮食得以安全储藏.采用机械烘干、机械通风、去湿处理等方法达到降水的目的.中央储备粮安阳直属库对高大平房仓进行隔热保温处理,利用安阳地区冬季气温在5℃以下的有利条件,储藏含水分13.6%的小麦,试验证明低温储粮,水分一直保持在13.6%左右,避免了经济损失,减少了储藏费用,节省了大量的人力劳动,并且延缓了粮食品质陈化,取得了良好的经济效益.
