Study of the evaluation effect of Xe-CT to the CBF of patients with moyamoya disease

Objective To explore the value of Xenon-CT in diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease. Methods 2 patient s with moyamoya disease were examined by Xenon-CT. The CBF result was analyzed. Result 1 patient’s Xe-CT result showed cerebral blood flow (CBF) decreased in both frontal lobe,occipital lobe and right parietal lobe,Treated the patient with the drug which can improve the CBF. The other patient’s Xe-CT result showed there was no significant change of CBF. No any treatment was given. Conclusion Xe-CT imaging can describe the CBF of the brain areas of patients with moyamoya disease. It provides credible evidence to the diagnosis and treatment of moyamoya disease.
