Conclusiones En nuestro medio, es frecuente la IM tras un IAMSEST. Junto con otros factores negativos, establece un peor pronóstico a largo plazo. Esto se mantiene incluso en los grados más leves de IM. Por ello, la IM debería cuantificarse y seguirse en todo paciente tras un IAMSEST.
