为了使中国数字视音频编解码技术标准——移动视频部分(AVS-M)的应用更为广泛,将AVS-M编码器生成的文件转换生成第3代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)标准支持的3GP流媒体文件,扩展AVS-M到第3代移动通讯领域．转换生成的3GP文件在本地、流媒体2种环境下的良好播放效果说明,AVS-M编解码器可以很好地应用到无线流媒体网络中．
