利用PASS软件分析心内科门诊处方药物相互作用

Abstract
目的了解门诊处方中出现的药物相互作用情况,评估PASS系统的性能.方法随机抽取心内科门诊处方2152份,利用PASS系统药物相互作用审查功能对其进行回顾性分析.结果共有637份处方出现1258次药物相互作用,其中严重者有136次,中度有930次,轻微有192次;发生相互作用的比例与处方药物品种数呈正相关.结论门诊合理用药水平有待提高,PASS能有效监测药物不良相互作用.
