乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)外膜蛋白包括S蛋白、PreSi蛋白和PreS2蛋白,它们是HBV包膜的主要成分,可诱导机体产生相应的抗体.PreS2蛋白在HBV侵入肝细胞的过程中起着非常重要的作用,对于防治HBV的感染有重要意义.我们简要综述了有关PreS2蛋白的研究,介绍了PreS2蛋白的各项功能.
