Abstract
利用有限元仿真软件ABAQUS/Explicit,建立了圆管弯曲成形过程和内高压复合成形的三维有限元模型,提出了利用圆形管件先绕弯后采用内高压胀形复合成形工艺成形弯曲异型管的方法.分析了管件成形过程中变化较大的点的成形过程,内压加载方式等对成形结果的影响.
