摘要
The AC measurement on the samples of a number of Bi 2 O 3 based oxygen ionic conductors was made in the frequency range of 5Hz ao 10 6 Hz and temperature range of 250°C to 800°C. The unusual impedance and admittance diagrams showed existence of inductive impedance in the samples, which was never found in other well known solid electrolyte materials. A simplified equivalent circuit was proposed to simulate the experimental results. This new phenomenon is of certain scientific and practical significance and worth to do further study.
