Effect of PF regimen combined with radiation therapy for advanced stage uterine cervix cancer

Objective:To observe the curative effect of PF regimen combined with radiation on advanced cervix cancer.Methods:To analyse the data of 52 patients with cervix cancer retrospectively.Results:The effect rate of PF combined with radiation therapy was 85% and radiation therapy alone was 68%.But the side effect of digestive tract and bone marrow depression of PF and radiation therapy were increased.Conclusion:PF and radiation therapy is effective to advanced uterine cervix cancer.
