摘要
Metals (Zn, Cd, Al, In and Bi) control the rate of solid-state reaction. Al, In and Bi metals produce a decrease in the resistivity at room temperature, increase in the superconducting volume fraction and high temperature shifts of T(c,zero). Zero resistivity was attained at 110 K by Bi doping. Zn and Cd metals cause the disappearance of the high-T(c) phase and increase the low-T(c) phase.
