Temperature dependence of the (111) reflection of Cu was measured in Fe95Cu5 alloy and high purity Cu. While the pure Cu follows linear dependence both the internal stresses on the grains and their thermal expansion coefficient undergo several changes. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V.
