Abstract
目的 观察复方甘草酸苷(美能)治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效.方法 40例慢性荨麻疹随机分两组,治疗组20例,美能40 mL联合葡萄糖酸钙20 mL静滴,1次/d;对照组20例,单用葡萄糖酸钙20 mL静滴,1次/d,两组均连用10天.结果 停药1周治疗组有效率80%,对照组有效率50%,两者差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 美能联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意.
