Abstract
采用室内模拟培养的方法,研究了接种纤维降解复合菌群及乳酸菌对改善牛粪脱水性能的影响.结果表明,接种后的牛粪有明显的水层析出现象,最高水层厚度为1.4 cm,而对照无水层析出,接种后牛粪表面水蒸发量较对照增加了56%,培养15天,3 000 r·min-1,10 min离心,固体物中含水量从85.3%下降到78.3%,减少了8.2%,而对照仅减少0.8%;进一步研究表明,接种加快了牛粪pH下降,增加了牛粪中纤维素的降解,纤维降解复合菌群与乳酸菌混合接种好于两个接种物的单一接种处理,相同的接种物,对于牛粪脱水性能改善,接种量越大效果越好.
