Abstract
经过多年试验研究,已摸索出草莓组织培养和脱毒技术,利用茎尖和花药做为外植体,选择MS为增殖培养基,以1/2MS为生根培养基本培养基,通过病毒检测技术保存繁殖无毒苗,已用组培出的草莓苗建园200 hm2,生长结果表现良好.
