Evaluation of Effectiveness of Airborne Electronic Countermeasures to Ground-to-Air Missile

The survivability of assaulting aircraft is researched when it breaks through the enemy's missile defense system under the electronic countermeasures support, and the countermeasures effectiveness of airborne electronic countermeasures during assault is calculated. Attention is concentrated on the detection probabilities of long-range surveillance radar and target-indicating radar,missile direct hit damage probability,aircraft penetration survival probability as well as effectiveness of airborne radar.Studies have shown that the survivability of aircraft obtains prominent enhancement under the airborne electronic countermeasure support.
