威远气田混输管道腐蚀机理及影响因素

Abstract
对威远气田气水混输管道的现场腐蚀产物进行化学分析,结果表明:取自现场腐蚀管段的腐蚀产物主要为FeS和Fe S2,以及腐蚀管段在大气中放置期间Fe S生成的氢氧化亚铁Fe(OH)2和氧化铁Fe2 O3。通过室内模拟实验研究,验证了该管道腐蚀以H2S腐蚀为主。研究了地层采出水的温度、所含离子类型、H2S含量、矿化度及pH值等因素对管道腐蚀的影响规律,得出温度对管道腐蚀的影响最大。
