以乳酸和正丁醇为原料,选用磷钨钼杂多酸为催化剂,催化合成乳酸正丁酯,反应的最佳条件为催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.6%,酸醇摩尔比为1:3,反应温度110～125℃,反应时间2h,酯化率达到97.69%.
