Abstract
目的:观察血红素氧合酶-1(heme oxygenase-1,HO-1)抑制剂对高氧暴露早产鼠视网膜血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)和色素上皮衍生因子(pigment epithelium-derived factor,PEDF)表达的影响。方法:将144只3日龄早产大鼠随机分为A高氧组、B干预组、C空气组、D空气+舒血宁组,以免疫组织化学法检测各组早产鼠的视网膜HO-1、PEDF和VEGF表达水平。结果:C、D组HO-1、PEDF、VEGF均呈低表达,未见或罕见突破内界膜的内皮细胞核;与C、D组相比,A组突破内界膜的内皮细胞核明显增多,HO-1、PEDF及VEGF表达的表达均显著增加,(P分别<0.001,0.001,0.001),与A组相比,B组突破内界膜的内皮细胞核明显减少,HO-1、PEDF及VEGF的表达均显著下降(P分别<0.05,0.001,0.05);视网膜PEDF的表达与VEGF的表达、视网膜PEDF的表达与突破视网膜内界膜内皮细胞核数呈负相关、VEGF、HO-1的表达与突破视网膜内界膜内皮细胞核数呈正相关(P分别<0.01,0.01,0.05)。结论:高氧暴露早产鼠视网膜内可观察到HO-1、VEGF和PEDF的高表达,舒血宁通过下调高氧暴露早产鼠视网膜HO-1、VEGF和PEDF的表达,对高氧性视网膜病有一定的保护作用。
