Abstract
补液是烧伤休克的主要治疗措施.体质量和烧伤面积是决定补液量的主要因素,但同时应考虑致伤原因、地点等其他影响因素.现行的补液公式源于50%总体表面积烧伤犬的实验,补液的安全值范围小,易产生并发症,故应个体化补液,并持续监测尿量、体温、心率、血压等.本文对近年来国内外对严重烧伤休克期补液治疗的进展进行综述.
