Abstract
采用全自动微波消解仪对样品进行前处理,消解液用ICP进行检测。讨论了微波消解程序对样品的影响,及ICP光谱条件对测试结果的影响。表明在最高温度为180℃时消解30min,最佳光谱条件为:308.215nm,RF功率为1150kW,载气压力为0.17MPa时,曲线线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.21μg/mL,回收率为91.7%。测定结果令人满意。
