Abstract
研究了部分云南普洱茶中黄酮类化合物的含量及槲皮素、芦丁的提取分离方法。实验结果表明,新工艺原料黄酮含量最高,达24.576mg/g,新工艺特级最低,仅有3.660mg/g。从中选取黄酮含量较高的三个样品进一步提取分离槲皮素、芦丁,得到了纯度在30%以上的粗制品。
