Flame atomic absorption spectrometry for detection of strontium in strontium-rich food

Objective:To establish the air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry for determination of strontium-rich foods strontium content.Methods:Dry ashing of the sample pre-treatment in order to EDTA-surfactant co-sensitizer,using a neutral flame determination of strontium content of the EDTA-surfactant,mixed gases,ions interfere with the elimination of lanthanum nitrate consumption testing of the determination.Results:When the EDTA-polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether(OP) exist,the determination of strontium sensitivity increases by 60%,while with EDTA,lanthanum nitrate as a protective agent,deionization agent,release agent can co-exist elements in the sample to eliminate interference.The linear range of 0~10.0 μg/ml,the detection limit of 0.02 μg/ml,the relative standard deviation of 4.0%~6.5%,recovery is 92%~105%.Three kinds of national standard substances for the determination of measured values are consistent with the true value.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate.
