采用沉降法对煤尘湿润剂的湿润性能进行了研究,单体实验表明湿润剂SRJ-1性能最好,在其质量分数为0.20%时,西曲煤尘和阳泉煤尘完全沉降所需时间仅为24.9 s与29.0 s。以湿润剂SRJ-1、SRJ-3为原料进行复配实验,复配剂的表面张力值在原有基础上进一步降低,在其质量分数低于0.17%条件下,复配剂的湿润性能明显优于单体湿润剂。
