Abstract
目的:探讨多块重叠薄层采集(MOTSA)全程脑动脉磁共振血管成像(MRA)技术的临床应用价值.方法:运用MOTSA MRA技术进行全程脑动脉成像,以期获得能够满足临床筛查、诊断需要的血管图像,同时就扫描细节进行探讨.回顾性分析48例采用MOTSA MRA技术全程脑动脉血管成像的病例资料,对图像的临床筛查、诊断满意度进行评价分析.结果:48例中有44例获得高质量的图像,占91.7%,4例图像质量较低,占8.3%.结论:MOTSA全程脑动脉磁共振血管成像技术能够获得满足临床筛查、诊断需要的图像.
