Abstract
基于现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)设计了一种单相输入三相输出的数字式控制变频电源.将单相市电输入该系统后,经过整流、升压、滤波、三相桥式逆变和低通滤波输出三相近似正弦交流电.根据三相异步电动机的调速特性,系统由控制器改变内部调制波的幅值和频率,进而调节三相正弦脉冲宽度调制(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulaton,SPWM)波的脉宽和频率,最终实现三相交流异步电动机的变压变频调速(Variable Voltage Variable Freguency,VVVF)控制.系统调制结果证明该电源的设计是可行的,且系统操作方便快捷、界面友好,可为实现全数字智能控制提供参考.
