仿生电刺激治疗假性球麻痹的临床疗效

Abstract
目的 观察仿生电刺激治疗脑卒中引起的假性球麻痹症候群的疗效和对其作用机制的探讨.方法 将2005年5月～2009年5月收治的150例脑卒中并发假性球麻痹症状患者随机分成两组,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组加用仿生电刺激治疗,经三个疗程的治疗后再次进行吞咽、构音障碍量表评分.结果 治疗组患者吞咽功能、言语清晰度评分明显高于对照组( P<0.01).结论 仿生电刺激治疗对改善假性球麻痹症候群有比较确切的疗效.
