Abstract

Laparoscopic preperitoneal radical prostatectomy (LPPRP) is a relatively new approach to the surgical treatment of localized prostate cancer. Since its introduction, the technique is undergoing continuous refinements that make it today a feasible, reproducible, and teachable operation practiced by urologists worldwide. We present technique and the outcome of our preliminary experience.
