<正>糖尿病性癫痫是糖尿病神经系统并发症之一[1],常发生于低血糖昏迷、非酮症高渗性昏迷、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、严重电解质紊乱等情况。但糖尿病非酮症非高渗状态,仅单纯高血糖亦可引起抽搐发作,称为非酮症高血糖(nonketotic hyperglycinemia,NKH)性癫痫,临床较少见[2]。2000年2月～2009年2月我院共收治非酮症性高血糖性癫痫22
