<正>鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma)是发生于鼻咽黏膜的恶性肿瘤,放射治疗一直是治疗鼻咽癌的首选方法,因为多数鼻咽癌为低分化癌,对放射线敏感性高,且原发灶和颈部淋巴引流区域容易包括在照射野内。但鼻咽癌放疗后仍有较多患者复发。调强放射治疗(intensity modulated radiationtherapy,IMRT)可针对不同靶区组织给予不同的照射剂量,克服了常规放射治疗的诸多弊端。IMRT能增大靶区的接受
