饮食护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤病人化疗期间营养状况的影响

Abstract
目的探讨饮食护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤病人化疗期间营养状况的影响。方法将65例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗病人随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上进行饮食护理干预,对照组进行常规护理干预。观察两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白的量以及淋巴细胞计数,以评价病人的营养状况。结果三周后两组营养状况、淋巴细胞计数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论有效的饮食护理干预,可提高妇科恶性肿瘤化疗病人的营养状况。
