<正>腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿具有安全、创伤小、恢复快的优势,但开窗引流术后复发问题亦应引起重视。本文对腹腔镜肝囊肿术后复发的原因进行分析。报告如下。1临床资料1998年7月至2008年7月南宁市第三人民医院及广西壮族自治区人民医院共实施腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流术46例,术前均经CT检查发现肝囊肿。男26例,女20例。年龄
