空气波压力仪预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成

Abstract
目的观察使用空气波压力治疗仪(IPC)预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果。方法选择2009年1月～2009年12月在我院行剖宫产的433例产妇,术后行IPC预防DVT411例。术后当天开始使用IPC,每次30min,整个疗程3～5d。观察患肢肿胀、Homans征、压痛、浅静脉曲张症状。结果使用IPC治疗的411例剖宫产术后产妇均无出现有症状的DVT。结论 IPC是一种有效的DVT预防方法。
