Abstract
目的观察低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗缺血性脑血管病的不良反应。方法应用LMWH治疗缺血性脑血管病50例,并与对照组比较。结果不良反应发生率两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论LMWH是治疗缺血性脑血管病的一种安全、有效的药物。
