Abstract
Conclusions Endotoxin exposure was higher in the homes of children aged 4-17 who wheezed at night and/or kept a pet, had damp in their living room, or lived in a house built between 1960-1980. Whilst the findings of animal exposure and home dampness in relation to endotoxin exposure is previously reported and not surprising, the relevance of the home age is uncertain and merits further investigation.
