Abstract
25岁男性,因"双眼反复红痛、视力下降10余年"入院。双眼最佳矫正视力0.05,裂隙灯检查见双眼角膜浅层基质地图状混浊,余阴性。术前诊断为"双眼Reis-Bücklers角膜营养不良",行左眼角膜板层移植术。病变角膜组织病理检查见Bowmann层及浅基质层散在异常物质,其Masson三重染色,刚果红染色(光镜及偏振光)及PAS染色均阳性。讨论体会:年轻患者双眼角膜混浊应考虑角膜营养不良可能,根据病理和基因检查明确诊断和治疗,如人工泪液、角膜激光切削或者角膜移植。
