Abstract
目的评估核磁共振技术对于膝关节损伤诊断的准确性和有效性。方法对收治因膝关节损伤入院进行关节镜手术患者进行研究,以膝关节镜为金标准,与其术前MRI检查结果进行对照研究,评估MRI对于膝关节损伤灵敏度与特异度。结果 MRI对于半月板损伤诊断的灵敏度为87.14,特异度为57.14。对于交叉韧带损伤的诊断灵敏度为84.63,特异度为93.94。结论 MRI检查已经成为膝关节损伤诊断的理想方法,对临床膝关节损伤的诊断及治疗具有重要意义。
