CT增强扫描技术探讨

Abstract
目的探讨CT增强扫描各个环节的技术特点,为基层医院CT技术人员操作提供方便。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2009年12月收治的51例CT增强扫描资料。结果给出了CT增强扫描在病人心理准备、碘过敏试验、造影剂的注射方法和不良反应的处理及扫描过程等操作上的技术特点。结论 CT增强扫描的基本步骤为:1.通过适当的心理沟通,消除病人的紧张情绪;2.认真做好碘过敏试验;3.遇到不良反应,应分轻度、中度和重度分别处理.
